Had an awesome time with friends! We visited Upstate Concert Hall and Proctors Theater, both super fun spots. The hotel had a nice pool and a bar with live music. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our group. I loved that there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Don't miss the breakfast buffet. it's decent enough to start your day.

The only downside was the breakfast. it was pretty basic. Don't expect gourmet options but it gets the job done.

We stayed for 2 nights in a really spacious deluxe room—totally fit our fam of four! The staff was super friendly, and we loved the free breakfast with waffles and fruit. It's right next to a bunch of great restaurants and shops. Just wish the pool had longer hours!

Gotta love those fresh, unlimited pancakes at breakfast and the killer selection of restaurants like The Cookie Factory and Cracker Barrel, all just a hop away! Plus, I was thrilled with the comfortable bedding and the super friendly staff who made the stay feel like home.

But, uh-oh, the dining situation could use a little TLC. The on-site restaurant wasn’t too reliable, the buffet was a hit-or-miss, and some dishes were downright cold—saw some raw chicken that raised eyebrows. Let’s just say the breakfast choices were a bit lacking for a $13 price tag.

The King Room with Spa Bath was remarkably spacious and designed for comfort. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.

The only real issue we had was there was only one Roku for two TVs.
